Sariah Pineda, CSW

Taylorsville & Virtual

I believe everyone has the potential to reach a greater sense of well-being no matter where they are in life. I enjoy connecting with people and believe this to be something that we all desire and need. Despite our greatest hopes, I know that our thoughts can be debilitating at times. I love working with individuals to establish new ways of thinking and interpreting the world around us. Personal experiences have led me to a greater understanding of the reality of depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem amongst other very real hardships. I enjoy sitting with others through these difficulties and helping them learn the appropriate skills to grow through them and beyond them. Some of the modalities I use in therapy include CBT, DBT, and ACT. I am also trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy for Selective Mutism and am passionate about helping children find their brave voices! When I’m not working, I enjoy going for walks and hikes; spending time with loved ones; and capturing landscapes through watercolor painting and photography.
