Zach Goulding is incredible at working with teens and adults alike. He understands that sometimes life hits rock bottom and you may not know which way is up, let alone how to get there. He has years of experience helping clients overcome struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-doubt, broken relationships, life-transitions, addictions, hopelessness, and more. 

Alina Hovsoyan, CSW

Mental health is a journey, not a destination, and Alina finds joy in accompanying people through their journey of personal growth. Having lived and worked internationally for the majority of her life, Alina has a unique global perspective. She is passionate helping clients work through: Depression & Anxiety, Trauma, Women’s Issues, Relationship issues, Academic Success, Faith Issues, Adjustment Disorders and Addictions. As a therapist, Alina believes you are the authority on your own life. She uses her knowledge and skills to support your journey and healing. Together, our main objective is empower you to reach your goals and potential.
Alina obtained her Bachelor of Psychology degree from Brigham Young University and received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Aurora University in Illinois. She applies Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology practices in a holistic, non-judgmental and solution focused approach to develop deep connections with her clients.

LaDawn Lowder, LCSW

LaDawn Lowder knows what it’s like when you’ve hit rock bottom and feel like there is no way to recover. As a previous counselor for clients recently exonerated from the legal system, LaDawn has extensive experience with helping people overcome addictions, shake off despair and create hope in their lives, even when it feels there is no hope to be found. But LaDawn’s experience doesn’t stop there. LaDawn has a tender place in her heart for healing bent and broken relationships between teens and parents, as well as between partners and spouses. She excels at helping people identify and work through areas of weakness, as well as helping them recognize and celebrate their strengths. Using techniques such as CBT, ACT, Experiential therapy, Talk therapy and Nature based therapies LaDawn empowers her clients with coping skills and confidence to enable them to live their best lives. And good news, he can help. Dr Christian Monson has extensive training on personality & mood disorders, helping navigate the pains of infidelity, grief, loss, and trauma. He is keenly aware of the silent anguish caused by caregiver fatigue, chronic conditions, identity crises, faith loss and life transitions. You don’t have to suffer alone.
